Perimeter for Age: The maximum age allotted for the selection of candidates is 40 years. However, for Candidates belonging to categories like ST, OBC and SC, there is a criterion for age relaxation. For that, candidates have to visit official notification.
Application Fee: Candidates belonging to reserved categories have to pay a sum of Rs 50 as application fee, whereas application fee of Rs. 100 is decided for General category candidates. The fee is acceptable in the form of Demand Draft with the name of West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti at Service Branch Kolkata.
