Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) issued notification and invited applications from young minds to apply for the J&K Combined Competitive (Main) Examination 2014. The eligible candidates can apply for the post through the prescribed format on or before 31st of October, 2015.

Total Number of Posts: 51
- Junior Scale of J& K Administrative Service: 33 posts
- J & K Police (Gazetted) Service: 16 posts
- J & K Accounts (Gazetted) Service: 02 posts
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates who have qualified the Preliminary Examination as per the Commission are eligible for admission to the main examination subject to their eligibility in accordance with the rules which is moreover subject to the inspection of the documents. At the time of depositing of the hard copy of the downloaded online application form and at any stage which the Commission may deem fit and expedient.
Age Perimeter:
- General: 21-35 years
- PWD: 21 – 38 years
- SC/ST: 21 – 37 Years
Process of Selection:
Candidate’s selection is based on their performance in the written test and Personal Interview.

Eligible candidates can apply for the post by sending the application along with other necessary documents so as to reach on or before 31st of October, 2015.
Application Fee:
- The fee to be deposited by a General category candidate is Rs 505/-
- The fee to be deposited by SC/ST or other reserved candidate is Rs 255/-
