Job Description
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Javascript / JQuery
- Experience in developing responsive sites and resolving browser compatibility issues
Experience in WordPress - Converting PSD to HTML / WordPress themes
- Good knowledge on WordPress plugins
- Experience coding WordPress themes
- Detail-oriented and a commitment to results
- Experience in other CMSs like Joomla, Drupal, and Magento (optional / will get preference)
- Ability to code WordPress plugins (optional / will get preference)
- Knowledge of SEO (optional / will get preference)
Responsibilities:
- Code websites from scratch using HTML, CSS and PHP, MySQL
- Develop and maintain WordPress-based websites and applications
- Code WordPress themes from scratch
- Convert PSDs to WordPress themes
- Design and implement new features, enhancements, and content of existing websites
- Facilitate client WordPress training, site documentation and maintenance
- Optimize WordPress databases
- Testing of PHP / WordPress websites and solving issues
