Himachal Pradesh University Summerhill Shimla is offering 25 vacancies against the post of Cook, Hostel Attendant, Chowkidar, Mali, Sewadar, Junior Library Attendant, Ayurvedic Pharmacist, Tabla Assistant. Candidates who find themselves eligible for the posts as per the below stated criteria can apply. Name of the job, Seats vacant and Minimum Eligibility criteria:

  1. Ayurvedic Pharmacist: 01 – Vacancy

Candidate should have a Diploma/ Degree in Pharmacy.

  1. Mid Wife: 01 – Vacancy

The candidate should be 10th Class passed with Dayee’s Certificate.

  1. Mali: 01 – Vacancy

The candidate should have a Certificate of Gardening.

  1. Chowkidar: 09 – Vacancies

The candidates should be Literate.

  1. Cook: 02 – Vacancies

The candidate should have a Certificate in Cooking.

  1. Tabla Assistant (Cultural Quota): 02 – Posts

The candidate should be at least 10th Class passed with Sangeet Prabhakar/ B.Music in Tabla

  1. Junior Library Attendant: 01 – Vacancy

The candidate should be a 10th class passed with Library Science Certificate

  1. Sewadar (Peon): 07 – Vacancies

The candidate should be 08th Class qualified.

  1. Hostel Attendant: 01 – Vacancy

The candidate should have a Matriculation certificate.

Criteria for Age: The candidate should be minimum 18 years old, whereas the maximum age should not exceed 45 Years. The dates are monitored as on 01st Jan, 2015.

Application Fee: Candidates belonging to Visually Handicapped & Ex-SM sections are free from any fee, but for General category candidates the fee is Rs.200. For candidates belonging to ST, SC, & OBC a fee of Rs.100. The fee is to be paid through Cash OR by IPO/ Bank DD in the name of Finance Officer, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla (Pin Code 171 005).

Application Procedure: The candidate is liable to send complete personal specifics to the Asst Registrar, Recruitment Branch, HP University, Shimla (Pin Code 171 005) along with fees receipt and with other eligibility documents.

Dates of Importance: The application forms should reach its destination till 20th of November, 2015 except for those live in REMOTE areas can submit application till 30th of November, 2015.
