UPPCS for PCS examinations (State examination/upper subordinate services UPPCS combined) has made candidates to prepare seriously for the upcoming exam in 2015 from right now .
Selection is been governed in 3 stages:
Preliminary examination (multiple choice objective types)
Main examination (conventional type, i.e. written exam). 3-viva-voce (personality test).
The preliminary examination consists of two compulsory documents, in which one is answer sheet be on OMR sheets. The curriculum is mentioned in annex 10 this advertisement. The work shall be of 200 marks and is of two hours duration. Both the papers must be type multiple-choice in which there 150-100. The written exam will be from 9: 30 to 11:30 and paper II will be from 2: 30 to 4:30.
Subjects for the main (written exam required)
Written exam will consist of compulsory subjects as well as optional subjects as well. The syllabus whereof is mentioned in annex 11 .Candidates must select two topics from the list of optional subjects from the list of optional subjects for main examination. Each level consists of two papers.
(A) COMPULSORY SUBJECTS
1. General Hindi 150 marks
2. Essay 150 marks
3 General studies with 200 marks (i-paper)
4. General studies with 200 marks (ii paper)
General Study’s paper-I and paper-II: be objective type contains 150 questions and for the solution of the questions two hours time is allowed. Other mandatory documents and can be three hours. Maximum of 200 marks has for each optional question paper has been allocated for.
Time of examination paper of 2 hours is 09:30 to 11:30 and 2:30 to 4:30.
Time of examination paper of 3 hours is 09:30 to 12:30 and 2-5 pm.
A candidate must receive this minimum marks in the compulsory paper of General Hindi as it is determined by the government or commission. Should two section in all newspapers of the question all elective courses and each section contains four questions.
