The State Bank of India (SBI) syllabus 2014

The State Bank of India (SBI) recruited 5,092 assistants and clerical grade. The candidates are selected  based on their performance in the online test and will be called for the interview .

Examination paper pattern:

The question paper consists of five sections:

Quantitative aptitude: 40 marks (40 questions)

Logical reasoning: 40 marks (40 questions)

General awareness: 40 marks  (40 questions)

General English: 40 marks (40 questions)

Marketing of aptitude/computer skills: 40 marks (40 questions)

The role will be granted for 2 hours and 15 minutes and the negative of labeling candidates 0.25 (1/4) for each wrong answer.

Programmatic content of the exam:

Quantitative aptitude:

Section will have questions about the following topics:

Simplifications, profits and losses, roots and averages, permutations and combinations and heights and distance, partnership, interest and compound, simple interest, shares and shares, watches and algorithms, volume and area, measurement, reason and proportion, Surds and indexes, chain rule and working time, percentages, claim and blends.

Simplification consists of topics such as BODMAS calculations, square, cube, percentages, square roots, cube roots, medium etc. and is one of the important topics to prepare.

Logical reasoning:

The section is based on verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning questions

English language:

Section should be questions based on General English, comprehension and spelling.

General awareness:

This section consists of current affairs, the Constitution of India, history, geography, culture, sport, etc.

Computer support:

In this section the questions based on similar concepts simply computer, etc. are key computer and operating system shortcuts.
